Hey everyone I just watched a video and want to play me some Crazycraft 3.0. When I download the pack it installs everything and when I hit play it goes through the loading bar and then takes me back to the launcher. When I checked the console the error is coming from the Superheros mod. I reinstalled everything twice already. Let me know if I can directly install the mod or whats happening! Thanks!

Yes, I found the file online for Superheroes Unlimited Mod and put it into my mod folder and I still have no luck.

The problem occurs during the validation process. Everything up to the Tardis mod is validated. But then there is a FileNotFound exception:

Downloading the mod manually does not help because the validation process will still look for the mod file at voidswrath.com.

I hope, someone can fix this problem. I like CrazyCraft and I like to play CC3 soon again.

Ya I've done everything. I'm thinking they took the mod out and something happened and part of it got left in the modpack. I hope they update it soon!

They fixed it! I am able to launch and play(!) CC3 again … including the superheroes mod. :)

How? I've been trying to get on for 3 days now and I still have no luck and No mods are willing to help so I'm relying on other players.

Try to rename the crazycraft3 folder (to keep it as a backup), run the void launcher and start CC3. It should download all required files and start minecraft. At least that happened on my computer (Mac).

If that does not work for you, be more specific about your problem. "I've been trying to get on" could mean a lot: cannot start the void launcher / loading cc3 gets interrupted with error message (log file) / cc3 loads but cannot enter any saved world / cc3 loads but cannot connect to multiplayer server / …

Just tried renaming the folder and restarting it. It started minecraft and loaded till 2/7. It always gets stuck at this part.
"Loading - Initializing mods Phase 1
    2/7"
I'll attach a copy of the crash log. I have never made it past this loading part. I know it's due to memory issues but I have so much memory free on my laptop, I should definitely be able to run this mod pack.
If you know what to do, let me know and I'll try it! If it works, I'll love you forever.

I am not a specialist with java or minecraft crash reports, but comparing your file with my own log file I see some points that might need further investigations.

I am not sure if this is enough free memory to run the pack. I have twice as much free memory (desktop computer).

During loading configuration you get multiple error messages. It looks like some mods are not loaded correctly. These errors ripple through the report.

At the end the minecraft loader stops with an OutOfMemoryError. I am not sure if that means, you need more free memory in general to run the program or if too many errors messed up the loading process and the garbage collector (GC) is too busy to continue.

You might want to try to free more memory before you start cc3. Perhaps close all background programs (mail, calendar, …) or, even better, restart the computer.

A difference between your and my system (besides I run a Mac and you Windows), I installed the mod fastcraft. Not sure how much this mod might help you.

Thank you for taking the time to help me out.

Quote 1: I recently went through and freed up a lot of my hard drive, unfortunately that is all the memory my laptop has I believe. So if that is the case, I think I would have to somehow buy more memory for it...

Quote 2: I saw that too and I thought it was okay since it said that it skipped, but if it's not do you know any remedies on how to prevent those from doing that?

Quote 3: I've been looking up for the past week on what that means and I think it means that the Garbage Collector is too busy to continue. I'm not sure what this means as I'm not a computer programmer and have no idea what the insides of Java actually mean...

Do you have any suggestions on what I can do besides trying to free up more space?

    Latest Update:
I deleted everything that has to do with Minecraft/Void Launcher/Mod packs/Java. I then restarted my computer and installed Java 8 (64 bit). Then I downloaded Minecraft and after that the Void Launcher. I tried to put as much memory into the Void Launcher as I could by clicking the gear and making the max at 3.5k. CrazyCraft3.0 installed and then I just received this crash report. It stopped at the same place "Loading - Initializing Phase 1" or whatever.

KingCatsy - I have the same issue as you where it freezes at 2/7 mod install and i have a new computer, 16gb ram. I was able to play 3 weeks ago, played everyday no problem, then since last sunday the 18th, something was updated and now i run into that problem with it freezing. I kinda gave up and started using the technic launcher, maybe give it a try, i have alot better luck with those mod packs. They basically have the same stuff, the unoffical crazycraft modpack, the craziest modded network, superhero modpack, etc. Download the launcher and then find the modpack you want on their website, copy the link in the technic search box and then hit install, pretty simple.

I have yes. I have windows 7, I did the new profile, using forge and changing the game directory to the .crazycraft3 folder, i tried copying the mod folder and just inserting it into my .minecraft folder with forge, uninstalled and installed all the different java/oracle runtime jre and jdk, 7 and 8 64bit versions several times, reinstalled minecraft, deleted all crazycraft/voids wrath and reinstalled, cleaned out all my cache, allocated 8gb of ram just to minecraft, made my java high priority, turned off antivirus, etc. Have the newest forge, and tried the older versions of 1.7.10. I also put the fastcraft mod in the folder, Always getting the same results with it freezing at 2/7. I might to try to see if any mods where updated and manually update them to see if that helps.

Finally got it working, did a little searching on goggle/reddit. 1st under the minecraft launcher, under edit profile for my forge 1.7.10, i changed the JVM Arguments setting, to "-Xmx4g -Xms4g" If your using 2g change the 4, then i was getting an error of "Initial heap size set to a larger value than the maximum heap size Picked up _JAVA_OPTIONS: -Xmx512M" meaning my java was hitting it's max ram.
So to fix that, i right clicked on my computer, then click properties, click on advanced system settings, for windows 7 the advanced window comes right up and there is the Environment Variables, click on that and at the top under User Variables has _JAVA_OPTIONS, click edit and under Variable Value mine said "-Xmx512M", I changed it to -Xmx4g, to give my java a higher max, again change the 4 to a 2 if you have 2g you want your java max to be. Once i did that, it finally loaded right up, got past my 2/7 screen freeze issue. Hope it helps.

Did exactly what you said to do, still getting the same problem I had before as it is getting stuck on 2/7. When I put "-Xmx4g -Xms4g" it gave me that same error you said it would, so I changed it in the Environment Variables and it still gave me the error. So I took away the "Xms4g" part and it would load but it would still stop at 2/7, at random mod packs and not even finishing loading the modpacks.
