Submitting Support Tickets

    SUPPORT TICKETS
    Here at the Voids Wrath staff we want to be able to help the community as much as possible! However we have had trouble in the past organizing and keeping up with all your questions and issues. We fixed this and that is with our brand new support ticketing system! This system is dedicated to organizing and helping you guys find and fix your issues as fast as possible! ​

    HOW TO SUBMIT A TICKET
    1. Head over to our Support Ticket system
    2. Hit the Submit a new ticket button
    3. Select what department your question/issue is directed to
    4. Title the thread and select the importance level of the issue
    5. Then simply describe your issue/question and provide as much information as possible
    6. Please provide screenshots of your issues and possibly videos of your issues
    7. Use http://gyazo.com for easily taking screenshots and linking us them. You can also take short .gifs with gyazo and sometimes this helps more than an image
    8. If your having technical issues please provide your operating system and other information that you might think would be useful to our support team.
    9. Await our teams response and be respectful as we offer a free service to you guys and you don't have the right to demand or be disrespectful. With a flick of a switch we can block your username from using the mod packs :p
